<p>Going to bed at the same time every day is a good way to solve sleep problems. This will automatically program the body to sleep at the particular after a few days. But it’s impossible to adhere to technique to the busy life style these days. Instead ‘going to bed’ routines could be set up and followed everyday before going to bed. For example like drinking tea or reading a book etc. When the ritual is carried on everyday, the body would be habituated to sleep after it.</p>
<h4>Meditation Is The Best To Cure Sleeplessness</h4>
<p>If stress is the cause of sleeplessness then mediation could offer relaxation to body and mind. There are many CDs and tapes available which guide to do mediation that would enable to take out the worries to back seat and bring peace to mind and help to sleep. There are types of mediation aids like one helps in balancing the conceptual energy centers in the spine that is necessary for good health and well being, some others bring back happy memories. It’s good to try a few and choose the one which suits the best.</p>
<h4>Natural Herbal Pills Can Help A Lot</h4>
<p>Sleep aid such as pills can be used. Preference should be given to natural or herbal as they would not get the user addicted to it and would not cause drowsiness.</p>
<p>In herbal preparations, herbs such are ‘nervines’ calm and tone the nervous system while ‘sedatives’ affect the nerves as they are stronger. Those suffering from muscle tension should go for &#8216;antispasmodic&#8217;. Some herbal preparation may have all, one or none of these.</p>

<p>Herb Skullcap aids to relive nervousness and stress. It’s a nervine, sedative and antispasmodic. Valerian is also similar and it’s usually combined with Skullcap in herbal tea. Passionflower, Lemon Balm and Mugwort are also good for nervousness and tension but Mugwort can cause miscarriage when had during pregnancy.</p>
<p>Sleep aid teas would be placed in the natural products section in the grocery store. The can be bought online or from local health food or new age stores. To make herbal tea, boiling water should be poured on the herbs and left alone for ten to twenty minutes. Then the mixture should be strained using tea strainer. One herb could be tried at a time or combination. Honey or stick of licorice (plant) could be used to sweeten the tea but generally not necessary as these herbs have a pleasant taste.</p>
<p>Doing self analysis would give an idea of the reason for sleeplessness and once the cause is known it’s easier to figure out which herbs should be used to come out of it.</p>

<p>Body shape of women is generally classified as <strong>Pear</strong> or <strong>Spoon</strong>, <strong>Hour Glass</strong>, <strong>Apple </strong>or <strong>Ruler</strong>. Men fall under Ruler, Apple or Cone shaped. Here are few tips to determine the shape of the body.</p>

<p>Measuring the size of the body parts such chest, waist and hips would help to ascertain the body shape better.  For men the middle of the chest should be measured and for women the breasts. Before measuring, it necessary to exhale to get accurate measurements. The waist measurements should be taken 1 inch above the belly button and hips should be measured across the widest section. It’s always better to have some help in measuring to get the exact numbers.</p>
<h3>Different types of body shapes</h3>
<p><strong>Hourglass Shape:</strong> This is considered as the best shape for the women. Where the bust and hips measurements would be almost the same circumference, though the bust can be &#8216;one inch&#8217; larger than the hips. The waist would be much smaller. A perfect hourglass shape is where the difference between the &#8216;waist and the bust&#8217; and &#8216;waist and hips&#8217; is at least &#8216;nine inches&#8217;.</p>
<p><strong>Pear or </strong><strong>Spoon Shape: </strong>If there is a wide difference in measurements between the hips and bust and hardly any between the chest and waist. Hips are &#8216;two inches&#8217; or more larger than the bust and waist is less than 9.25&#8243; smaller than the bust.</p>
<p><strong>Ruler(Rectangle) Shape:</strong> If there is hardly any difference in the measurements of waist, bust and hips. The waist is less than &#8216;nine inches&#8217; smaller than the bust.</p>
<p><strong>Conical(Triangle) Shape:</strong> Normally where the bust and waist are same but the hips are &#8216;at least nine inches smaller&#8217; than the chest. The standard measurement is, bust 3.6&#8243; or larger than the hips and the waist less than 9&#8243; smaller than the bust.</p>
<p><strong>Apple Shape:</strong> If the waist measures larger compared to the hip and chest.</p>
