Get yourself the right lip liner, lip base and lip sticks or lip glosses, depending upon whatever it is that you use on a regular basis. Now to begin with, if you want to flaunt thin and petite lips, just apply the foundation that you have at home on your lips and blend well. If you don’t have a foundation, then go ahead and apply a lip base or some talcum powder on your lips for similar effect. Now, take the lip liner of your choice and draw a line on the insides of the contours of your lips. Make sure that the line that you have drawn is nice and curvy, just as required to get the right result. Then take your favorite color and fill it all up in the area inside the rim that you have drawn. You could top it up with gloss if need be for that would give your lips a plump look. So in case you don’t like it, just forget about the gloss.
For thin lips you could use mat shades and not the glossy, shimmer ones for the former have a tendency to give your lips a smaller look as compared to the glossy ones. Smaller lips could also be achieved by applying nude shades if you like for they can well conceal the actual thickness of your lips to make them look nice and small.
If you are not fond of using the lip liner you could simply use light shades of liquid lip colors to help make your lips look small. Incase you wish to use darker shades try the mat ones which wont make your lips look fat and plump at all.
