To cover up a pimple and make it beauty spots, firstly a foundation should be applied followed by a concealer that matches the skin tone. Finally, an eye pencil should be used to make a beauty spot and cover up the pimple. These beauty spots look very realistic and unless otherwise told they would look genuine beauty spot. But they would appear inappropriate if the pimple at the wrong place on the face is used to convert into beauty spot.
Only pimples in appropriate location could be converted to beauty spot if they are located on the middle of the forehead, nose or lower chin, then they should be concealed. If there is more than one birthmark on the face, its better to cover all the extra ones to give a better look to the face. No celebrity in showbiz spots more than one beauty spot on the face.
